Emine Ayna'ya 10 Ay Hapis
Diyarbakır bağımsız milletvekili Emine Ayna'ya, Siirt'te 2007'de katıldığı Nevruz etkinliğindeki konuşması nedeniyle açılan davada 10 ay hapis cezası verildi.
Diyarbakır 5. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesinde görülen duruşmaya tutuksuz yargılanan aralarında Emine Ayna'nın da bulunduğu 31 sanık katılmadı.
İddia makamının mütalaasında, "21 Mart 2007'de Siirt'te kutlanan Nevruz etkinliği PKK'nın propagandasına dönüşmüş, sanıklardan 24'ünün terör örgütünü simgeleyen bez parçalarını ve örgüt elebaşının posterini açmak suretiyle örgütün propagandasını yaptıklarının belirlenmiştir" denildi.
Mahkeme heyeti, verdiği kısa bir aranın ardından altı sanık hakkında beraat, aralarında Emine Ayna'nın da bulunduğu 25 sanık hakkında ise Terörle Mücadele Kanunu'nun "terör örgütünün propagandasını yapmak" suçunu kapsayan 7/2. maddesi uyarınca 10'ar ay hapis cezası verdi. (HK)
