Nedim Şener'e İki Ayrı Davadan Beraat
Hala Silivri Cezaevi'nde tutuklu bulunan gazeteci Nedim Şener, 2010'da yaptığı bir haberde hakaret ve gizliliği ihlal ettiği iddiasıyla yargılandığı iki davadan da beraat etti.
Oda TV davası kapsamında tutuklanan ve 6 Mart 2011'den bu yana, 244 gündür cezaevinde bulunan gazeteci Nedim Şener, hakaret ve gizliliği ihlal ettiği iddiasıyla yargılandığı iki ayrı davadan beraat etti.
CNNTürk'ün haberine göre Nedim Şener'e 23 Ekim 2010'da bir fuarcılık şirketinin de adının karıştığı rüşvet operasyonuyla ilgili bir ihbar mektubundan yola çıkarak yaptığı haber nedeniyle dava açılmıştı.
Söz konusu haberde isimleri rumuzlarla yer alan Bakırköy Adliyesi'nde görevli hakimlerden, haberde geçen rumuzun kendisine ait olduğunu iddia eden bir hakimin suç duyurusu üzerine dava açılmıştı.
Hakaret ve gizliliği ihlal ettiği iddiasıyla toplam altı yıla kadar hapis cezası istemiyle yargılanan Şener, iki ayrı davadan da beraat etti. (EKN)
