AKP'li Dengir Mir Fırat Yerel Gazeteden 10 Bin TL İstiyor
AKP milletvekili Mir Mehmet Fırat, birkaç yüz satan Gerger Fırat gazetesinin sahibi Boğatekin'den 10 bin TL manevi tazminat istemiyle dava açtı.
Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi (AKP) Adana milletvekili Dengir Mir Mehmet Fırat, Gerger Fırat gazetesi sahibi Hacı Boğatekin hakkında 10 Bin TL manevi tazminat istemiyle dava açtı.
Fırat, 20 Eylül 2009 tarihli gazetede yer verilen "Aman Miro Aman Piro" başlıklı yazısında "kişilik haklarına saldırıda bulunduğu"nu ileri sürerek, bir kaç yüz satışlı gazeteden 10 bin TL istiyor.
AKP'linin üç avukatı, yeni yıla girmeden iki gün önce, şikayet dilekçesini Gerger Nöbetçi Asliye Hukuk Mahkemesi'ne gönderdiler. Boğatekin, bu nedenle 13 Mayıs'ta yargılanmaya başlayacak.
