"Wise People" List Announced
Turkey's "wise people" list - a group of 63 prominent journalists, authors, artists and NGO representatives aimed to contribute to the resolution of Turkey's Kurdish problem - has been announced this morning. The list only included 12 women compared to 51 men.
The list appointed a chairperson, interim chairperson and secretary for each region in Turkey.

Turkey's "wise people" will be received by PM Erdoğan tomorrow evening at 6 pm local time in Dolmabahce Palace, Istanbul.
Speaking at a press conference prior to the announcement of the list,
Vice PM Bülent Arınç said they had meeting with PM the night before. "PM Erdoğan prepared the list meticulously. We had contributions on certain names," Arınç said.
