The Constitutional Court Announces The Hearing Days

The Constitutional Court announced the days on which it will hear chief prosecutor’s verbal explanation and AKP’s verbal defense: The first and third of July, respectively.

According to the written statement of the Constitutional Court today, the court will hear the Supreme Court Chief Prosecutor Yalçınkaya’s verbal explanation in the AKP closure case on July 1.

The court stated that they will hear defense’s verbal statement, which will be presented by someone that the AKP will choose, on July 3.

Both meetings will take place at 10.00.

The AKP submitted its eight binder long defense two days ago. The defense consists of one general text about the substance of the case, three binders regarding the allegations about the Prime Minister Erdoğan and other party members and five more binders about additional material. (TK/EZÖ/TB)
