According to ntvmsnbc.com, the Struggle Against Terror Branch is organizing operations in connection with the investigation conducted by the Office of Istanbul Public Chief Prosecutor.
Police took nine people into custody, suspecting that they may be connected to the person or persons who set up the explosions. The operations are continuing.
